WHAT IS VEDIC MEDITATION?

Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless technique that absolutely anyone can learn. Practiced with the eyes closed for 20 minutes twice a day, we de-excite allowing the mind to reboot and the body to naturally dissolve stress and fatigue. This deep rest leaves you feeling calm, clear and confident, enabling you to live the life you love!

WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?

'Vedic' comes from the Sanskrit word, 'Veda' meaning 'knowledge'. The Veda is a 5000 year old body of universal knowledge originating in India, from where we get Yoga and Ayurveda. Vedic Meditation is taught in a way that unites ancient wisdom and science for busy and dynamic modern day living.

IS THIS FOR ME?

Absolutely anyone can learn Vedic Meditation. Unlike other forms of meditation, you don't need to concentrate, focus, have yogi-like flexibility or years of practice - it's completely easy and effortless. The course is taught in a dynamic way, where you are encouraged to ask questions, enabling you to become completely self-sufficient in your practice. If you are looking for expert instruction and ongoing support and guidance, than Vedic Meditation is for you.
