I'm Jess. I've been holding space for women and mothers for over a decade. I am a Vedic Meditation teacher, community builder, mentor and Overe practitioner.
I'm also a mother of two, and I know this initiation from the inside. The birth of each child imprinted an embodied feminine wisdom beyond words, deep in my bones. I revel in witnessing the power of matrescence, the rebirth that comes with each child, and the way our children invite us to explore our depths and awaken into our power.
This knowing fuels my mission to support women to mother from their intuition, and to reclaim their worth, voice and creative potential, and their truest expression in all forms. It's a true honour to hold you in this rite of passage.
