Step into a sanctuary of nourishment, and come home to your true Self. In a world full of pace and demand, this is your invitation to slow down, create space and reset (mind, body, heart, soul).
When life speeds up, we often disconnect from our natural rhythm, pushing through rather than listening within. Over time, this can leave us feeling stretched, depleted, and out of alignment.
This one-day retreat is about returning to your true nature through nourishment, deep rest, and powerful practices.
Together, we’ll gently uncover the blocks to living in alignment with your highest Self, while restoring your nervous system and expanding your inner capacity.

What is a Round?
A Round is designed to take you deeper into meditation. Through gentle yoga asana and breathwork, the body releases stress so you can drop more easily into a state of Being. It’s an advanced technique that supports deep rest and a reset.

Perfect for busy professionals and parents seeking retreat and reprieve from daily life ~ without needing to go far or stay overnight.
What if I haven't learned to Round before?
There will be an opportunity to learn beforehand. We'll be offering a short online workshop with the full instruction a few days before. Get in touch to book your spot.
What if I'm pregnant or have an injury?
The yoga asana will be gentle and adaptable. We’ll offer adjustments and tailor the experience to suit your needs.
I have dietary requirements, can you cater to those?
Please include what your requirements are on the form and we will do our best to cater to your needs.
