About The Event
A round is a carefully selected sequence of yoga asanas (positions), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. De-exciting happens during the yoga and breathing, preparing the body for maximum rest and depth during meditation.
$65 - you'll receive step-by-step demonstration and practice of the rounding process, take home material to support you and tea, sweets and a group discussion to follow.
Please bring a yoga mat!
