About The Event

There is an old mythological idea that we each have a twin that we know little about. This twin represents those parts of ourselves that are not fully expressed. Similarly to the Vedic world view, when we don't attend to these parts of ourselves, they are likely to grow, fester and cause destruction. When we shine conscious awareness on those parts, they begin to heal and we begin to lean into the fullness of who we are.

On Sunday evening Tony will tell an old Norwegian tale around the fire which will help provide imagery and a mythic landscape for our community to stand on while we explore this topic of deepening into the Self. The story will provide some guidance on ways in which we might begin courting back our ‘wild twin’. At the end of the story we will debrief and discuss the vedic lens on the story and we can apply the wisdom to our own lives.

It promises to be a beautiful evening of food, community and connection. This is a register only event so please register here if you can attend.
