Part-Time General Manager
Jess is the Founder and Owner of Jess Osie Meditation. She created Satyam, a meditation studio in the heart of Bondi teaching Vedic Meditation and holding space for community. Vedic Meditation is a simple & effortless technique allowing you to achieve deep calm and inner peace.
Jess believes in creating a nurturing yet progressive environment for her team, providing them with a place to thrive and develop.
Jess is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Part-Time General Manager to handle the daily business operations. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, thrive in a small team environment and have an infectious passion for spiritual growth and practices.
This role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Weekly maintenance of Website (Wix)

Basic SEO

Weekly maintenance of the event & social media calendar

Managing the customer journey both of new and existing students, ensuring the experience is seamless, intuitive and beautiful

Review and improve organisational effectiveness by working with Jess on process

Answers daily emails

Helps set up and support in-person events
Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written communication

Great attention to detail

Has an understanding of marketing or worked in a marketing position before

High business acumen and has a proven track record working or supporting a business to grow

Strong decision-making capabilities

Hours

10 to 15 hours per week.
