Jess is the Founder and Owner of  Jess Osie Meditation. She created Satyam, a meditation studio in the heart of Bondi teaching Vedic Meditation and holding space for community. Vedic Meditation is a simple &  effortless technique allowing you to achieve deep calm and inner peace.

Jess is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Part-Time General Manager to handle the daily business operations. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, thrive in a small team environment and have an infectious passion for spiritual growth and practices.

 

This role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Weekly maintenance of Website (Wix)

• Basic SEO

• Weekly maintenance of the event & social media calendar

• Managing the customer journey both of new and existing students, ensuring the experience is seamless, intuitive and beautiful

• Review and improve organisational effectiveness by working with Jess on process

• Answers daily emails

• Helps set up and support in-person events

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication

• Great attention to detail

• Has an understanding of marketing or worked in a marketing position before

• High business acumen and has a proven track record working or supporting a business to grow 

• Strong decision-making capabilities

• Willing to learn

• Proactive

 

Desired Preferences: Though not essential

• Vedic Meditator

• Resides in Sydney

• Understanding of WIX CMS

 

Hours

• 10 to 15 hours per week.

  •  The chosen candidate must be flexible, as the hours will be spread across the week.
