LEARN TO MEDITATE

Learning Vedic Meditation is easy, fun and interactive and anyone can do it. Through expert instruction, you'll understand how to meditate correctly, the benefits of a daily practice and how to fit it in so that you experience the most out of life. We'll make sure you are a self-sufficient meditator by the end of the four days.

#1

ATTEND A FREE INTRO TALK

Come learn more about Vedic Meditation at an informal, free introductory talk. You’ll find out about stress, its impact on the body and mind as well as some of the benefits of learning Vedic Meditation. You are encouraged to ask plenty of questions and find out if this is right for you. The intro talk is prerequisite for the course.

The course is run over 4 x 90 minutes sessions over four days. On day one, you will learn the fundamentals of the technique through step-by-step personal instruction. Over the next three days, you'll learn the mechanics of meditating, the connection between mind and body, the process of stress-release and how to integrate daily meditation into your life.

#3

COMMUNITY & SUPPOT

After learning, you’ll have the ongoing support from me as your teacher including access to our weekly group meditations and knowledge sessions that help support and nurture your practice. As a Vedic Meditator, you'll also become a member of the global Vedic community, a lively and welcoming international network of teachers and meditators.
